I created Heart & Healing to offer gentle, non‑clinical emotional support for anyone grieving the loss of a beloved animal — or preparing for that heartbreaking moment.

This is a place where you can talk freely, cry if you need to, remember, reflect, and slowly find your way forward.

I hold a CPD‑Certified Level 3 Higher Distinction in Pet Bereavement Counselling, and I specialise in supporting:
